First Time Ever Having a Consistent Temperature
Dear Chill-Air, I just wanted to say thanks for the good workmanship when installing the heat pump in my home. It is really nice to experience for the first time ever having a consistent temperature in the upstairs of the house. I keep it on auto at 67⁰F and it’s great. Thanks also for the 5% rebate cheque.

This letter of reference is to confirm that Chill-Air recently completed the installation of our new Zuba-Central 3 Ton Split Heat Pump system and our Navien Instant Hot Water System complete with the removal of our old equipment. Not only was the work carried out using quality products and materials, but also equally important, it was completed safely, efficiently and very professionally.
As a local businessman, I truly appreciated dealing with Chill Air. Their quick response time, with all of our various requests was unparalleled to the other local competitors we originally called for estimates. I also thoroughly enjoyed their intense passion for the trade and listening to the detail-oriented product knowledge…believe me when I say their passion is contagious! Chill-Air’s entire team was a real pleasure to deal with and they all remained very committed and accommodating to our construction schedule.
As far as the products recommended for install, I am completely satisfied. The Zuba system is extremely quiet and compact. In fact, as I write this letter today, it is currently -13 degrees Celsius and we have approximately 500 mm of snow on the ground. The Fraser Valley has been hit with some severe storm conditions and I was curious as to how this new technology would perform. But much to my delight, we remain warm and cozy with plenty of heat.
In summary, I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Chill-Air and their services. The work will be handled competently and professionally and to your complete satisfaction.

Fantastic Service
Just wanted to give you some feedback on your furnace expert, Ron. From the time he entered our house, he was nothing but professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed both the furnace and fireplace in record time, telling me what the problem was in terms I could understand (much appreciated!) My impression was that he was honest and competent.
